While research into fatigue of offshore constructions is getting more and
more important we tackle the problem on the basis of jacket constructions.
To arrive at a reliable lifetime calculation one has to know something about
the stresses that arise from wave forces. So these stresses are studied as well.
Also the influence of environment is dealt with and the possibility of
prevention.
