Subject of this report are the restrictions, concerning storage capacity,
distribution and stock-control, of introduction of menu choice at the clinic
hospital of the foundation 'Humanitas' in Rotterdam.
At first the question 'Which storage capacity is needed? Has it to be
enlarged?' will be answered. At that point it is interesting to review the
tuning of stock and distribution.
In the report a method for stock control is presented, aimed at satisfying
consumers whishes.
Effects related to the distribution and storage, will be mentioned, if useful.
