In this report a monorail system for the transhipment of pallets from
sea-ships is discussed. On a closed track, hanging over the ship, several
powered trolleys transport the pallets.
Several possibilities of hanging the load at a trolley are discussed, as
well as a method to control the moves of the load.
The control exists of three parts: a central unit, the unit in the trolley
and the human operators.
