This report describes the research conducted on a model of the vertical screw
feeding device of a continious ship unloader on a scale of 1:10.
Studied is the possibility of using the feeding device for unloading cohesive
materials. The results of this experiment show that the device is not able to
raise the used material, olivine, effectively.
