In this report the dynamic behaviour of bulk material inside a bucket wheel
reclaimer is described. In the computer program is looked at one solid mass,
which is picked up, lifted and transferred on a conveyer belt.
Variables which can be chosen are the diameter of the wheel, seizes of the
buckets, rotation speed of the wheel and friction coefficient. The results are
presented in animation, tables or graphs.
Looking at only one solid mass makes it a very simplified modal. In a next
project the behaviour of more solid masses can be studied to make it more
representing reality.
