Simulatie van de ANWB Vervang-Auto Service.

In this report a description of the development of a describing model
and a simulation program of the ANWB Vervang-Auto Service is given.
The Vervang-Auto Service is a new service of the ANWB. Members of the
Vervang-Auto Service (a complementary insurance for Wegenwacht members)
have a right to a replacing car in case of a mechanical fault outside the
dwelling-place, which a mechanic from the Wegenwacht can't solve on the
spot and can either be solved within an hour at a garage in the
neighbourhood. The ANWB is capable of offering such a service by
contracting several car letters and car wreckers.
The goal of the assignment was to pick up some experience on computer
programming. The describing model is not an accurate description of the
real system. That's why it is anticipated that the results are not
representative.
